Rachael Ardanuy

cannabis attorney Rachael Ardanuy graduated from the Florida State University, earning Bachelor’s degrees in Business Management and Real Estate. Following graduation, she managed a corporate restaurant and obtained a real estate sales associate license in Florida.

After a few years, she decided to return to school and earned my law degree, graduating with honors for academic achievement and dedication to providing pro bono service. During law school, Rachael gained valuable experience as an intern at the Florida Supreme Court.

Upon becoming a Florida attorney, she practiced law in Jacksonville, Florida for a number of years in the areas of estate planning, probate, guardianship, family law, and civil and criminal litigation. During that time, she visited friends and family living in Colorado and, her my husband, decided it is where they wanted to begin the next chapter of our lives – relocating to Denver in 2015.

From 2015-2017, Rachael served as “of counsel” to the Law Office of Lauren C. Davis, focusing on providing legal and business counsel to help clients navigate the complex regulatory framework of the Colorado marijuana industry, as well as representing clients charged with criminal offenses.​

She draws on her diverse experiences in business management, real estate, and estate planning to provide well-rounded legal and business advice and help clients achieve their desired goals.

When she is am not busy representing clients, Rachael spends her time with playing with their daughter Hannah, teaching Jazzercise classes, attending concerts, hiking trails with my husband, and making mosaic artwork.
