Jacobi Holland is the Co-Founder of On The Revel, the parent company for a collection of curated educational and networking experiences democratizing information for those interested in the regulated cannabis industry. On The Revel events, known as Revelry, are conferences aimed at fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and flourishing cannabis sector. These regular in-person events along with On The Revel’s Dope People online membership community, podcast, and virtual experiences, celebrate the diverse people that have been and are currently building the cannabis industry in the aim of developing its gold-standard, with opportunities for all. An entrepreneur and advocate, Jacobi is known primarily for his work in start-
up ecosystems, corporate America, and the cannabis industry. In all of his work, he uses his position and knowledge to advocate for equitable access and ownership. Along with On The Revel, Jacobi is Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Accenture where he coaches internal enterprise teams to take a company from idea inception to millions in revenue to then hand off to the enterprise for scaling. His clients include General Mills, Procter & Gamble, WarnerMedia, Bacardi, and TD Ameritrade. Jacobi is also the founder of Jade Insights, a supply-chain data analytics Software as a Service (SaaS) platform for the cannabis industry, and a partner in Tierra Terpenes, a company that provides wholesale natural and organic terpenes to manufacturers. Jacobi gained operations experience beginning on the maintenance team of a $10MM+ per year licensed Colorado cannabis operation, working his way up to the front office as the company’s business intelligence analyst and ERP implementation lead. Jacobi is a featured speaker at the Forbes Under 30 Summit, The Cannabis Business World Congress, the Karen Hunter Show, and more.
